Job description:8 year old, 2nd floor, purpose built flat. Had some electrical work completed recently. As part of this work, there are numerous (5 to 6) small (approx 4x4 inch) exploratory holes made in the ceiling in my living room that were used to find the electrical problem. The ceiling requires repair to the plasterboard and then skimming over to make it match. There is also a small amount of work to be skimmed over in our hallway that was damaged during recent laminate floor replacement work after a flood. This is around 12-14 inches long and around 1 - 1.5 inches wide.
