Job description:on the right of the front door there is a vertical crack in the render which runs right up the building. a further crack is showing in the render above the ground floor window situated on the left of the front door. it will be necessary to fix 6mm x 600mm long stainless steel rods in the brick joints with resin across the cracks at 225mm centres vertically. stainless steel expanded metal lathing 450mm wide should then be fixed to the brickwork across the cracks before making good the render.
