Job description:Please provide a quote to skim all walls and ceilings of the two rooms below. Damp proofing will take place prior to this work being done. This will mean that a wall in each room will have had treatment and been replastered up to one meter in height: RECEPTION ROOM ONE 12'2 into recess x 14'2 into bay (3.71m into recess x 4.32m into bay) Windows to the front bay, central heating radiator, picture rail, cornicing, fire surround, two doorways leading to and from room. RECEPTION ROOM TWO 12'2 into recess x 12'3 (3.71m into recess x 3.73m) Windows to the rear aspect, doors to stairs, reception room one and kitchen, fire surround.
