Job description:New extension (internal) Ceiling Area - Approx 22 sq mtrs. Walls - All wall heights are 2.4 mtrs so only lengths given below. If different then height is also shown. 1st wall - Approx 3.2 mtrs (L) 2nd wall - Approx 5.6 mtrs (L) 2nd wall also includes reveals for 1 door and 1 window. 3rd wall - Approx 5.2 mtrs (L) 4th wall - Approx 3.1 mtrs (L) Other smaller areas: Area 1 - Approx 1 mtr (L) Area 2 - Approx 1 mtr (L) x 2 mtr (H) Area 3 - Approx 1 mtr (L) Area 4 - Approx 0.5 mtr (L) Area 5 - Approx 0.75 mtr (L) Area 6 - Approx 0.5 mtr (L) Other information: Ceiling height is 2.4 mtr so stilts or a small platform may be required. The area has been boarded, jointing tape and beading has been purchased and is available. Materials required include only the plaster and anything else not listed above.
