Job description:Internal - (x1 room) Bedroom Ceiling needs to be reskimmed, approximate size 15.5 square metres. There are slight hairline cracks in the ceiling but it is an old terraced property built roughly 1910 so not to sure what material the ceiling would have been originally plastered with. Ladders will be required.
