Job description:There was a leak from the bathroom above causing damage to the kitchen ceiling, part of it has come away. The leak has been sorted and the ceiling needs to be repaired. I am a landlord living in a different city, however I will be visiting the property this afternoon (Saturday 24th) on the off chance that anyone is available to come by and give me a quote!
