Replastering after dpc in Egerton

Needed: Plasterer / Renderer in Egerton, BL7

Job description:Plaster already knocked off to 1m above floor. Will require lower half of walls rendered after dpc. Top half bonding over old plaster & all of walls skimming. Living room, hall & dining room. Ceilings to be skimmed at a later date (do not include in quote). L/R 4.1m x 3.2m x 2.7m high (4 walls). D/R 4.4m x 4.4m x 2.7m high (4 walls). Hall 4.2m x 2.7m high (2 walls). There is also 2m plastering/rendering in kitchen. Not sure if to render or use renovating plaster?
