Job description:old poor quality rendering front and gable end sand pebbledashing,back face of house plaster which soaks rainwater into the house and the back of the house appears to be channelling water into the house and coming through the ceiling after heavy rain. Either repair to rendering or depending on state of it removal if necessary. Guttering may also be contributing to water ingress and running down the rendering.
