Job description:one small utility room with a false cealing, requires 1 full wall to be re-plastered using lime based plaster, or similar, e.g limelite. all old plaster from one wall has already been removed, then the ful room requires a skim coat again using a lime based product. approx dimensions of the room are 3.5m long x 1.5m wide x 2.5m high. small amount of re-pointing needed too, again using a lime based material. not interested in gypsum based products.
