Whole house to skim in Hipperholme and Lightcliffe

Job description:We are moving into our new home (completion due on 16.11.07) and we need a plasterer to skim over lots of artex! As we're not moved in yet the full extent of the work is not known, however I believe that 80-90% of the internal walls and ceilings need to be skimmed. The walls and ceilings have been checked by a surveyor and are stucturaly safe it's for cosmetic reasons we want rid of the artex/textured paint. Room dimensions: Porch ? ? Lounge 17'05" 12'11" Dining Room 12'11" 10'05" Kitchen 10'02" 06'03" Stairs 1 ? ? Master Bedroom 11'11" 11'05" Bathroom 07'02" 05'04" Single Bedroom 07'02" 6'01" Stairs 2 ? ? Attic Bedroom 12'11" 7'11" Guest Bedroom 12'11" 9' We'd ideally like someone to start asap.
