Job description:I have a basement flat and the small entrance hall and adjoining cellar is below street level and the plasterwork has suffered damp penetration from above and needs vandex plastering or tanking or some sort of membrane barrier. There is no urgency but it will need doing this summer. A previous plasterer made a very bad job of this four years ago and it was a complete waste of money!
