Possible external render replacement needed. in Southwick

Job description:3 Bed house with upstairs internal damp problem to the back of the property (which faces the sea). Damp proof professionals recommended having the external render looked at as possible lateral penertration. Could possibly be the guttering or roof if not the render, but likely to be the external render. Damp proof professionals are working on the ground floor to reinstate a chemical damp proof course. But need to get the external render looked at and intend to have any works done this summer so the property is weather proofed for the winter. Hard to give a budget on this job as we are unsure of the actual problem. Will be getting 3 quotes/opinions, looking to have trademen visit the property from 1st July to quote for the job. Job could also extend to replasetering two internal bedrooms inside too.... but we can discuss this after the external render is looked at.
