Job description:House in Bedminster, Bristol which requires replastering following condensation problems. Lounge 3.05m x 4.5m - approx 28m2 Kitchen only about 5m2 (one bit of wall corner to external door) Bedroom - 3.05m x 2.6m - approx 22m2 Bedroom - front wall only 3.05m wide - approx 5m2 (though may replaster whole room approx 25m2 depending on price). Total - 60m2 (if full master bedroom then 75m2) Walls will be hacked off to save cost but please provide quote (both removed and not removed from property). External walls to be waterproof rendered and then skimmed Internal walls undercoat and skim. Property can be viewed, though it is difficult to see due to living conditions (too much stuff!) - can provide some pictures if wish. Property will have been vacated and empty. Start date early Feb (2nd onward). I will be unavailable from Sunday 22nd to Saturday 28th as out of the country.
