Job description:the external render is patchy pebble dash currently which is allowing damp through to interior particularly at the point of the drainpipe connections. The render needs to be stripped back to apply new watertight smooth render. The drain pipe would need to be reconnected post render and the 2 internal affected areas of damp would need to be made good, finished to a smooth finish with the existing walls.
