Job description:The following work is required for the front of our house (4 storey Georgian building next to the Clifton Lido): >Re-rendering (or just re-rendering patches where needed) >Painting a different colour >Repairing the decorative woodwork (?) around the main window >Repairing/touching up the ledge at the very top (and removing weeds from the pipes) >Painting/tidying up the courtyard (part of the basement flat at the front of the house) >Will scaffolding be supplied/can we supply our own? >Also require a water pipe (situated at the back of the house) to be looked at as sometimes flows with excess water into the garden flat Please kindly contact me if you specialise in this area.
