Job description:I have a lath and plaster ceiling in the flat I am buying. The ceiling has several cracks and there is movement in the plaster - my surveyor has recomended that whilst the ceiling is unlikely to collapse in the near future, when it does go, it will go with a bang! I'd like to get it repaired before I move my belongings into the flat (in about a month's time). There is deep cornicing (plain, not decorative) around the ceiling.
