Job description:One bedroom in victorian house 4.3m x 2.7m. Old lathe and plaster in good condition on 2/4 walls but some pulling away on internal wall and crack above window suggests failed lintel. Skirting needs replacing. Looking for someone in BS6 area to skim good walls and make good the remainder. Not sure of what this will cost, need quotes but suspect under £500. ?If lintel can be repaired may cost more
