Job description:Garden flat. Cracks in rendering of external wall (at about a foot and also at 6 foot above the ground level) causing problems with internal stone wall- moisture seeping in. Not rising damp. We'd like the external wall re-rendered, internal walls replastered. Also, the area this external wall is in contains a concrete floor which we would like tiled, allowing for adequate drainage, and the other 3 walls of this area we'd like meshed and rendered to create an enjoyable outdoor space.
