Job description:The walls are not all bad, however they are in need of skimming as i recently removed the wallpaper using a steamer not knowing what the walls were like underneath and the walls are now pealing. The plastering is only required in one room, there are four walls and are of a standard size and a ceiling which has artex. The walls have no corners it is just a standard square room.
