Job description:I have a small amount of damage that I have to repair on the outside of a reasonably new build rented house in the Bradley Stoke area. During the installation of a broadband cable in to the upper bedroom the engineer drilled a hole from inside which resulted in a palm sized piece of the painted render falling off around the external face of the hole. As a result of the poor workmanship the cable has been removed and I need to put right the damage so that the owner is satisfied that the wall is as I found it. I have pictures of the damage and can e-mail them. The area is small but is obvious to look at and I am looking for someone to provide a good quality repair that will last and prevent further damage.
