Job description:Old ceiling bowing and aertexed so needs replacing in dining room - replace with skimmed boards, ceiling rose and cornicing in this Edwardian house. Also 2 other small areas of repair in other rooms approx 1m square each. More plastering of walls to do later after building conversion work.
