Job description:Rendering of half the outside of a semi-detached cottage. Sealing off with cement the gap between the top of the outside walls and the eaves. Tanking needed in parts of the outside and damp patches on one landing inside. Removal of post left by removal of wooden guttering. Will involve scaffolding.
