Job description:1 room. Stripped of all wallpaper bar for that behind radiator that would need to be drained and removed to allow a full job to be done. Most surfaces OK but some areas have had poor quality plastering on them before. Room is approx 20ft x 10ft, with a door at either end and one 6ft square window and one 1ft square window. Will have been already treated with Unibond or equivalent.
