Bottom foot of render of house has fallen / is about to fall off needs replacing (mid terrace house) in Grangetown

Job description:1 foot high by 10 foot wide - ground level. Also if possible a small section of guttering needs replacing and it would be great to get that done at the same time - would need ladder for this bit.
