Job description:Require living room ceiling (6.5 x 3.7) to be skimmed. Over artex, so possibly 2 coats required, but 1 will probably suffice. Old coving needs removing / replacing after skim to ensure quality finish.
Eventually I need every ceiling in the house skimmed so this could lead to additional work.
