Job description:The room is 3m x 2m in size. There is 1 window and 2 doors. old plaster is almost completely removed. The exposed walls are not in the best condition and minor remedial works may be required before starting. The walls have already been injected with damp proofer, but the rendering plaster will require a quality damp proof adititive in the mix. Once the rendering is complete, 2 walls will require skiming and 2 walls will require dry lining / taping and jointing.
