Renew plaster work in bedroom in Stanwix

Job description:Property was built in 1920's and the main bedroom requires replastering. We aren't sure if it just needs skimming or re-boarding. Bedroom is approx 12' x 8' measured into bay window and alcoves. We have stripped most of the wood chip paper off and some of the plaster has come off with it.
