Job description:External rendering of a new house, approx 270 sq m. Scaffolding currently in place and building ready for rendering. Spec is: 2-coat application of rendering mortar with a final thickness of at least 20mm. The rendering mix should be 1 part of white cement, 1 part of lime and 6 parts of well graded sharp white sand (nominal mix 1:1:6) with a scraped finish. Stop Beads to be stainless steel. Drips to be formed above openings where indicated.
