Board over old fireplace and skim lounge in Bicknacre

Job description:Internal job, with no anticipated need for a ladder. Plaster board 3ft by 4ft area where old fireplace used to be (it has already been blocked up). Skim the whole room which is approx 11ft by 15ft (by 7ft high). Probably only looking for walls to be skimmed but may consider ceiling if price reasonable. Walls in a sound and reasonable condition having previously been papered.
