Job description:Exterior render requires attention. I have a detacted mock tudor house with traditional brickwork forming the lower half of the walls and render and wooden beams (for show not structural) forming the upper half. Some of the render panels are breaking up and the wooden beams need replacing. Subject to cost I would like the house re-rendered and woodwork replaced, followed by painting. There is a upvc conservatory to one side of the property which may be an issue
