Repair water damaged area of lath and plaster ceiling. 0.75m2 area of ceiling needs patching. in New Town

Job description:Downstairs living room ceiling damaged by water leak from bathroom above. Leak has been repaired but there is a 0.75m2 patch of plaster that collapsed. The laths are still in good condition so I need someone to cut away the remaining damaged plaster back to a stable point, apply a bonding agent to the laths and apply a skim followed by two coats of white emulsion to the entire ceiling (approx 3m2).
