Repair to blown render in Wivenhoe

Job description:Render to rear of Victorian house has blown in the vicinity of where my neighbour replaced a fence panel attached to the house by a batten. When they pulled off the batten the render came loose - area approximately 2ft x 5ft. Unfortunately the builder did not make good the render when erecting the new fence and has just inserted it in between the gap in the render where the batten on the wall used to run leaving exposed brickwork approx 3-4" x 5ft betwen our houses. The adjacent render has blown as a result.
