Need a small bit of rendering done on one side of my chimney in Llysfaen

Job description:One side of my chimney has crumbling plaster (at the top near the chinmey pot) and I need it plastering. For such a small job I do not want to have to pay for costly scaffolding so am looking for a tradesman who is happy to do the job accessing the chimney without scaffolding please. Thanks
