Job description:Hi , we have a strip ( 36inches by 12 inches) damaged by a leak . The existing ceiling is artexed ( House is 12 years old) . The leak was fixed some years ago and now I'd like the whole ceiling smooth skimmed. (I'll remove carpets if you wish ) Parking outside and easy, straightforward job for a few hours work.
