Job description:Our downstairs WC has a cracked ceiling which is now sagging and is beyond repair. it needs taking down and replacing with either plaster, or plasterboard. There is a lighting rose, a pipe and a light pull cord in the ceiling. Also the high level WC cistern needs replacing, but this may be a separate job.
