Job description:Small back hall and bathroom to be re-plastered. Hall: two main walls measure approx: 2.5m high x 3m length. Area above back door to be tidied. Advice sought regarding ceiling - remove and replace with new plasterboard if possible. Bathroom: Currently artexed above tiles (at 1.5 height), and artexed ceiling. Remove and replaster. This is the tricky bit - the work needs to be completed between 25th - 29th June, prior to new bathroom being fitted and after new doorframes have been put in. Would be pleased to discuss works early and accept any advice given.
