Job description:Skimming the ceiling above the upstairs landing and above the stairs (total area 5.7 sq m.) Ceiling area: 1m x 2.6m Above stairs ceiling area (2 parts): 0.9m x 2m and 0.9 by 1.45 Ceiling height between 2.1 and 2.8m. The ceiling needs skimming because previous occupiers used some kind of cement in blotches to secure a sheets of polystyrene. We cannot easily remove the cement blotches, so we want the whole thing skimming over.
