Job description:The house is a two bedroom terrace in darwen. I require the landing and stairs plaster skimming. There is a couple of areas that will require rendering. The slat ceiling at the top of the stairs has bellowed due to a leak from the roof. Therefore I would like a false ceiling putting up. The chimney breast in the dining room needs rendering and plastering, the wall was flat originally and I wanted the original arch from the old fireplace as a feature for a low shelf, so i have removed all the rubbish that was filling it up, and the back boiler, so now it just needs rendering and skimming. Other than that there are just a few little areas that just need a quick skim. I am looking for a quick start on this job as I need it complete by the 2nd June. Thanks Lee
