Plaster skim onto mostly new plasterboard. in Sudell

Job description:Downstairs front room, hallway, stairwell, and landing of mid terrace house, both walls and ceiling need 3mm plaster skim. May need to be thicker in places and thinner in others. Downstairs front room, hallway, and stairwell has been newly plasterboard lined. Landing ceiling is existing artex (to be covered) and one wall is existing traditional browning & plaster (small bit of repair work to be done on that wall before skimming). I would like to be able to just seal the plaster and paint it rather than mess around with lining paper, so a good finish is needed. Materials can be provided. Most prep work done already. Job to be ideally completed first half May.
