Job description:The property is located in Darley Abbey and was constructed in approx. 1850. There has been an extension to the rear (single storey flat roof) for a kitchen and bathroom. Previously a drain pipe was not fitted properly which caused rain water to leak onto the back wall which over time has caused damage. The pipe needs repairing and the back wall re-rendering and painting
