Job description:Walls around shutter casing and beneath large Georgian sash window need preparing, skim plastering and rendering so that new shutters can be put up and new window seat built. Current plaster is very old and mucky and beneath window no render just rough stone work. Total area is approximately 4 square meters. Will need a standard step ladder.
