Job description:The ceiling in the downstairs bedroom of my flat (6 Gayfield Street) has, over the past year, begun to crack and damp patches have begun to appear. I belief that there is moisture coming in from above, however, am unsure. The job would be to make safe the bedroom ceiling, idenitify the source of the damp that has caused the problem and then re-decorate the room accordingly.
