Bathroom ceiling above bath/shower has collapsed due to damp - needs repairing in City Centre

Job description:Small bathroom used by 5 residents, mostly for showering. Plaster/render has collapsed and fallen, leaving ceiling joists visible. Perhaps water-resistant materials appropriate for bathroom were not used during original construction. Urgently need repair work carried out. Will involve pulling down all damaged plaster/render, making good with new and then giving it all a coat of paint. Area affected approx 4-6 square metres by my estimation.
