Job description:The main issue is a 10ftx10ft bedroom, whose ceiling is coveredin artex. We believe that the original ceiling will be taped as are the other rooms. As such, it is unclear if the artex will need to be removed prior to skimming (it looks a little heavy and uneven to me). Depending on the quote for the bedroom, we may consider extending the work to the rest of the house which, as mentioned above has taped, papered ceilings and mostly woodchipped walls.
