Job description:lightly crumbling plaster and lathe wall in bedroom of 1860's stone building - has been subject to standard amounts of land heave and some abysmal repair patch jobs and needs some love and attention. Subsequently (following complete gutting), there will also be a kitchen and bathroom that will require replastering, and possibly the other side of the first-mentioned crumbly wall.
