Job description: The property ia a vicrotian semi with a side 2 floor extension, most but not all elevations are currently rendered with a vairety of materials, some textured, some smooth and is becoming loose with some cracking/flaking. We are looking for the proporty to be re-rendered in a smooth finish (which will ultimatley be painted). the quote should inlcude any necessary scafolding, rubbish removals etc as well as all labour and materials.
