Job description:Just bought an old terraced house. Two rooms approx 4 x 4m each with chimney breast and an arch with artex that needs covering - took paper off - some plaster was already loose so have pulled off. A few cracks here and there. Walls are quite bumpy and I think have been badly skimmed a few times to cover artex etc.
