Job description:Moving into house on 8th July, have access to the house by arrangement but do not want to be insensitive to current tennents. Externally the house may just need patched render, although likely hood is full re- render. Old render will need to be removed. Fully painted white finish. Minor detail required in repositioning approx 10-15 roof tile (roof has been aqua sealed) while scaffolding up. Would also be looking to replace current cast iron guttering with new PVC and would consider including this in the job if given competitive rates for work.
