Job description:All ceilings are 3.1m so ladders or platforms will be required. Room 1. 5.5mx3.7m. Replace damaged sections of cornicing (3 main sections, about 100cm, 70cm and 30cm) and repair/sand the remaining cornicing. Remove artex and skim the ceiling. Room2. 4.6mx3m. Remove polystyrene tiles. Repair/sand cornicing and skim ceiling. Room3. 4.8mx3.5m. Skim ceiling. (Care of existing wall decoration) Room 4. 2.4mx3m. Skim ceiling. (possibly need to remove woodchip paper first). Room5. 1.5mx1.6m. Skim ceiling.
