Internal ceiling dameaged by leak needs replaced and ceiling skimmed/atrex in Linn

Job description:Following a leak in the roof a section of our ceiling has been damaged and needs replaced. The ceiling then needs skimmed/artexed. We also are looking for someone who may also be able to strip the damaged wall paper, plaster the walls if neccessary and possibly put new wallpaper up. I understand that these are seperate jobs but ideally I am looking for an all rounder who could do the whole job.
